I saw these desks at Habitat for Humanity today. They were $50 and there were 4 or 5 of them. If you look closely, you will see a shelf just below the desktop. If you wanted to flat mount your machine (and I do!) you could cut a hole in the top and let it rest on the shelf. There are sturdy castors. It would make a good sewing table for those without. They also have lots of countertops from $3 to $6 a foot. That’s what I have. I had Home Depot cut holes in it for my serger and machine. Then they sit on top of cabinet units, and my DH inserted a shelf underneath the holes to support the machines.
The Restore is a tax free store, as it is a charitable organization. Yah!
